From The Lens Of The Consumer
“Successful youth and family marketing efforts must be grounded in a deep understanding of the needs, motivations, and interests of today’s kids and parents.”
- Brady Darvin, Senior Director of Consumer Insights
From gauging moms’ reactions to a potential licensing partner to making sure kids intuitively understand how the premiums and toys we make operate, we translate our insights into tangible results for our clients.
- We know today’s Gen X Moms - the family's "gatekeeper"
- We understand what motivates and inspires kids
- We involve the consumer throughout our process to assist in selection before items are produced
In just the last three years, Strottman’s Insights department has conducted:
- Over one hundred focus groups of kids and moms
- Separately, over 50 “Circle of Friends” discussions held in moms’ living rooms
- Over one hundred individual in-restaurant family and server interviews
- Dozens of one-on-one interviews, in-home family ethnographies, family Dine-alongs, and mom/kid pair Shop-alongs
Our Thought Leadership
